Roughly $22aud for a two piece suit and $3.50aud for a shirt. Fairly good prices.Service is quick and flexible around pick up turnaround times and customer service is solid. Everyone is flat out.Ive taken my shirts and suits here twice. My first experience wasn't the best but I had great results the 2nd time around.Check out my photos. I had some badly stained whites and as long as you let them know they will fix it up

Wish there was a Zero rating!!! Not a member of the Drycleaning Institute of Australia so they don’t have to meet any standards. Could not recommend enough that you find someone else, completely destroyed my clothes and said it wasn’t their problem, you run the lottery if you put your things in for cleaning with this place

I've been coming to Concord Dry Cleaners for many years. The staff are always very professional, friendly and helpful! Their service is par excellence! The owner will always go out of his way to assist you where possible. Very highly recommended!

This place consistently delivers top quality results! Thrilled with the care taken in the cleaning of clothes I drop off, even my vintage dresses that I would be too scared to leave anywhere else. Friendly staff and a wonderfully accommodating owner who will go out of his way to help. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Concord dry cleaners have very helpful staff. I had only 2 hours until my daughter’s formal started and a stain needed to be urgently removed. The staff helped me to dry clean garment in time!!!

AVOID. Bought a brand new shirt from David Jones for a wedding. Asked us to wait for 5 days for the dry clean and when we collected it, there was a big black stain on the back. The wedding was the next day. They scrubbed the stain and gave it back to us the morning of the wedding all scrunched up unironed and with the stain they created. Had to wear the suit all day to conceal the mark. You go to the dry cleaners to have the garment cleaned, only to come out with a huge stain and not ironed.

I have contacted these idiots 3 times about returning an $80 pillow I had dry cleaned with them OVER A MONTH AGO and it still hasn't been returned. If you want anything dry-cleaned with them, don't hand over anything expensive.

Please, please do not trust this dry cleaner with your wedding dress or any special garment. We took the wedding dress to be cleaned and they promised that they would take extra special care, they said that if they thought the lace would even be slightly changed they wouldn’t continue. They said they were specialist wedding dress cleaners.... what a joke!! They charged $260.00 to ruin the dress. The lace which was an ivory colour is now white and they shrunk the lace so that now the lace sits about 8cm above the underskirt. We asked what could be done, the owner said he would try to fix or replace the dress..... when we returned he said he couldn’t do anything, even laughed at us & said not his problem .They are new owners so I think the good reviews we read was for the original owners that had been there for many years They are not members of the Dry Cleaning Association. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic service at a good price. Even attached my dress shirts for me, love that. Needed a alteration done last minute and they saved the day and turned it around very quickly. Highly recommend.

I started using this place because my other more convenient location moved - Big mistake! This place is horrendous. They discriminate your clothes based on the label and charge you more!! They charged me $50 to dry clean a dress that only cost me $100 just because the label was considered 'designer'. I'm pretty sure if I had cut the label off, the price would have been cheaper. They tried arguing with me to say there is no way i paid $100 for that dress, to which I had to defend myself and my purchase at a warehouse sale! Then they charged me $33 to dry clean a top (that cost $50) and tried calling it a designer dress arguing that it was special fabric and needed to be done separately - I am sorry but I have washed that top before in the washing machine no problems! When I questioned the charge they kept arguing with me, blaming the boss for setting the prices, saying the girl who served me was new. No apology and reluctantly handed me back $20. Anyways, going to go back out of my way and go back to Delmar dry cleaners, much cheaper and quicker at returning clothes and never had a problem with their results.
