Not enough chairs and tables to sit and eat. Gets very crowded. Cleaners need to smile, they always look sad. But nice place to shop

This review is especially about Rachel Cook, a very nice staff member of Westfield Geelong. Rachel was very kind, friendly and helpful when i needed some help with a car park problem. Pretty depressing Westfield to say the least.A couple of great brands in here but mostly feels like the whole place needs a bit of a lift.The Myer here may been the most depressing store I’ve ever shopped in.The ceiling has water stains and the lighting is absolutely shocking.Coles had next to no fruit or veggies. Definitely don’t come to this store if you’re needing actual groceries.

A big shopping mall in Geelong, lot of big brands like Bigw, Coles, Myer and others. Neat and clean mall with ample space to move.

I just loved this shopping mall.. the interior is very pretty.. the restrooms are very clean.. if you are looking for any stores, it is easy to find.. highly recommended!

I'm in a wheelchair and it was quite good getting around.some shops like Hi Sushi though are not wheelchair friendly I waved my arms and the person serving could not see me, all counters at this shop are quite high with no low counter for serving. A couple other shops I had similar experience, but most were extremely helpful. overall an enjoyable experience

Absolutely a must for shopping, all the stores you need and plenty you don’t but find yourself window shopping anyway. The little push Along cars were so much fun and $5 an hour very cheap. Food court had plenty of options and the Xmas decorations were beautiful, Santa photos were lots of fun and again not overly pricey.

So many great shops and eateries. I especially love the break out zones to sit and relax...or even better, make use of the massage chairs. Bliss!!

Digital map information of store locations would be really useful at Entrance Doors, especially for tourists coming in off street or new residents to area, shopping mall is quite large, took me a while to find store I was looking for and then try and figure my way back to entrance I entered in.

An elderly gentleman was standing waiting for someone and then someone threw a cup from the first floor, almost hitting him and splashing him with an unknown liquid. Dangerous and nasty behaviour, and it has to be said that there are some unfriendly people here.
