Sarge was happy to have a look at my brand new Mac book air that has some sort of display issue. He did not charge even though he tried software to see if that would help. It didn't but was so appreciative that he tried.EDIT: further to this I ended up getting a screen replaced by Techie-guy. He did an amazing job, same day. Very talented and cannot recommend highly enough. He really helped me out in my time of need. Will recommend everyone I know!

Sarge is amazing at what he does. I can highly recommend him for all computer and IT support. He goes out of his way to help fix the problem and get the job done right. He Has fixed 3 of my families laptop all reasonably and fairly priced. My Mac Book Air crashed after an apple update. My computer is nearly 7 years old and when I called Apple support for helped, they could not assist after over an hour of trying. I immediately contacted Techie-Man and Sarge assured me that he would be able to help. To my surprise, he was able to restore all my files and update my computer after Apple told me it was very unlikely. I had my computer back in less than 24 hours after dropping it off and it's like brand new! I highly recommend Techie-Man's service.
