Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!I went there to get a dress I was gonna use for the after-party on my wedding day, it just needed a little alteration on the waist and they charged me $40 for such a simple alteration. However when I went to pick it up, they lost the string that came with the dress and they tried to convince me that I must have taken the string home. I said no, because I tried on the dress in front of you and it had the string on still when I handed it over. Anyway, then the offered me $5 discount which was nothing compared to their mistake of not looking after my dress I brought. Finally they gave me $10 discount and they said they will look for the string.The next day, they call me to say they found my string. I went there and it wasn't even mine, they probably found a random string around and they asked me to pay $10 for that! They were very condescending, refuse to apologise for their mistake AND making me pay $10 for a string they probably just had lying around, trying to convince me it's mine. I think I know better what I brought in your shop in the first place.Overall horrible experience with patronising staff who keep asking for their money and not even apologise for their mistake. Highly overpriced too for alterations! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Robert is the best. Cheap, $2.40 a shirt and $12 a suit. Fast and friendly I always pay when I get my stuff back, not in advance to avoid any confusion. I travel from North Sydney just to use him.Recommend.
