I dropped off some breakables and asked the staff where I could put them as I assumed they wouldnt want them in the bins. The staff were so rude, the man with the bald head in particular. They also need a better system than asking people to cart multiple boxes of donations to their back sorting area. Needless to say I’ll drop the rest off somewhere and else than have to interact with that horrible man again. If he’s a staff member he needs to be replaced, if a volunteer, some basic training on how to treat fellow humans with basic dignity would be good.

One of my favourite Op Shops.I can always find something for mum or myself .They have a good range of electrical items and often have helpful items such as wheelchairs, shower seats and other living aids .I find their prices reasonable and love browsing there.

Found some true bargain beauties yet again at this store, It is good to see their prices are almost at a fair standard across the board although some of their pricing such as DVDs and onwards is much richer than even other salvos stores such as Ellenbrook and others in more wealthy areas. You will find the staff to be very friendly and helpful and that there are plenty of volunteers that stay onboard and will be recognisable very easily. The store layout is as best as the space can allow and is very neat and organised with a spacious feel. You may find some very awesome bargains and oddities hidden around the store and the prices overall seem to be slowly finding their way back into it becoming a store where you might one-day struggle to walk out with nothing or even several items ☺️I believe a decrease in the multimedia prices such as DVDs and they would see a much quicker turnover whilst keeping decent stock levels, Ellenbrook salvos offers DVDs at $1 a piece even on multi packs at times and keeps a strong library going still and I believe if Midland salvos were to meet similar pricing that they would market themselves as very affordable rather than being on par with the Pawnbroker stores of the area and their being very closely priced with their nearest competitor opportunity store Dreambuilders

Absolutely gorgeous lay out... Whoever upcycled all the furniture, created a gorgeous display.Disappointed that I walked out with nothing. I found the prices to be very high and walked over to vinnies and kmart to buy products cheaper.Understand that there are overheads, understand that all goes to charity... I am an avid recycler. However, over priced for broken second hand items that I can buy cheaper brand new or managers that are attempting to be antique dealers that charge inflated prices for vintage goods. After being disappointed with the last 4 or 5 salvos I've been to.... Ive decided to stop donating to this particular charity as well as visit their stores. I think that the concept of op shopping has been lost on this particular organisation.

The shop was great. Prices good . The Asian lady on the desk was rude. Didn’t have any customer service experience. She never smiled although I was polite. Felt she had an issue with me. Would not go back for this reason.

In spite of the following criticisms, I really like this shop and have been in there many times. However, the staff vary - some of them can be quite disinterested and gruff while other staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you can ignore the disinterest, then this is the charity shop for you. There is often outside parking or you can park opposite in a shopping car park.Again, if you want to donate items, the staff vary, as above. On our last visit, the young man was helpful and pleasant. On other occasions, the staff have been thoroughly disinterested. This could be shyness or a lack of training, but it comes across as rude. I think this is disrespectful to their charity and themselves.

The owner or manager here was very nice and so helpful made sure I had everything I needed for my house and didn't worry about prices. The Indian lady working here tho was rude and didn't seem to want to help me with anything I felt rushed and hurried til the manger came and helped me

Was great value up until a few weeks ago when prices soared. ??new management. Store has moved items around alot and books have all but disappeared. The toy selection has diminished too. Sad to see it reduced to this.
