Presentation was terrible. Barely wrapped properly (photo is straight out of bag) and just tossed in bag. This is about 4th time where chicken has been over cooked or presentation has been bad. Won’t go back any more and I live round the corner. I’ll drive to Kangaroo Pt.

Just moved basically across the road from this store a month ago so we’ve gotten it quite a few times since as it’s easy after working late but there’s not a single time they haven’t messed up the order. The food is good but we’re going to have open up all the boxes before we leave every time going forward cause I’m sick of not receiving food that has been paid for. Kfc is by no means cheap for a fast food joint so it’s just not acceptable

The food was not fresh. The chicken was not crispy the way KFC chicken normally is. The chicken skin was tuff and made crispy their way not KFC way - it was bad ! The Pepsi tasted watered down. They really need to do better. The mash was too stiff

Extremely slow to serve customers at the front counter, slow to make orders. Never prepare orders for delivery drivers until they arrive and keep them waiting 10-15 minutes. Poor front counter service coverage. Manager make customers wait to be served while finishing conversations with friends or family.

When I was ordering at my local kfc I came in contact with host felisha. She was the nicest person I have ever met. With the 25 dollars I bought a whole 2 meals to feed myself and my associate. The food was cooked to absolute perfection and when we got two freezes the lady gave us 2 extra straws even though we never asked. Keep up the good work Flisha.

Good place. I always like some KFC and unlike many other sites, the staff here are fast, efficient, and friendly. When they didn't get out order right they were quick to help us.

Ordered from Uber East and had 3 wings missing, the entire bag was sealed so it was clear they had never put the wings in to begin with. When I called to complain, whoever picked up the phone tried to blame Uber Eats by saying their ‘team’ had definitely put them in but how could it be Ubers fault when the bag was fully sealed! Very disappointing service as well as disappointing food, waste of money! No compensation, nothing! Do better.

This drive through is the best and fastest we've ever been through at a KFC. Every time we've been through our order has been ready as soon as we arrived at the pickup windows! Fantastic service!

Maybe time to revisit training of staff?15 minutes wait to be acknowledged by a staff member to place an order. Only person in front of me was a Delivery Driver waiting to collect food.Understaffed? Not the customers problem.Get your stuff sorted KFC Morningside.

The young lad who served us was very impressive. We don't know the menu well and with all our changing of the order, he didn't bat an eyelid. Really appreciated him.
