This apartment was the perfect stay for our first visit to Melbourne. Amazing location, spectacular views, super clean and comfortable. Easy access to the free tram system was a bonus too! We will stay again for sure!

We stayed In the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very modern with lots of space for our group. Level 24 with sweeping 270 degree views across docklands and the Yarra. Fully self contained with Kitchen and Laundry. Not heaps of shops open in the area on weekends, but with the free tram over the road it’s a quick trip into the city

AVOID these guys! The apartment and location was good but they take a payment for a security deposit instead of a holding charge on the credit card. And then they claim it's been refunded and stop responding to contact. I've had to raise a fraud case with the credit card company against them to get the deposit back. Very dodgy!

I find the location of the apartments great! The room had extra sheets and towels which came in handy. I did message the mobile number they give you incase you need to contact them or need anything but there were times where I had no response. We are still awaiting our $500 bond return although it has only been 2 business days. The showers could do with a deep clean with a lot of mould spots. We were able to check in early but that was after a bit of confusion about my booking.

We recently went with another family to Melbourne for the school holidays to watch a couple of games of footy and do some shopping and enjoy the sights of Melbourne. After a lot of googling I was glad I found this apartment. From the very first contact with Stephan when we enquired about the room and our constant contact with Bella & Grace, I felt very comfortable that I had made the right decision with our accommodation. On the day we arrived we were met by Grace at the car park of the apartments, which might I add, we were provided FREE parking for 2 cars for our entire stay saving us hundreds of dollars in parking (honestly, where in Melbourne or any cities for that matter offer free parking?!)Grace then took me to our apartment that was located on the 26th floor (27 floors in total) and the moment I walked in the door and saw the view and the beautiful apartment I was absolutely stunned! The apartment we stayed in (Room 2609) was a brand new 3 bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony to take in the amazing views of the Yarra River, the city-line and even the ocean! The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed to keep our 2 families happy. A kitchen with a Miele oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. We had a short, roughly 100m, walk from our accommodation to the free tram zone, where we could catch a tram into the city for free! We didn’t have to use our car very often and the kids all enjoyed their first and multiple rides into the city, to the MCG and to Punt Road Oval. We had a short walk to Marvel Stadium to watch our beloved Bombers play the game of the season to win over Kangaroos in the last 20 seconds of the game. There are many coffee shops and eateries nearby and a beautiful park out the front with exercise equipment, a large grassed area for the kids to kick the footy and an awesome playground that the kids spent time in when the weather allowed it. They also enjoyed the amazing indoor heated pool in a warm room so we often forgot it was winter just outside the door. There is a Woolworths that is a short few minute walk from the accommodation that allowed us to stock up on groceries as we needed. We really appreciated the fact that when we booked we were sent an email with a recommendation of downloading the Deliveroo app so we could order dinner from numerous different restaurants/cuisines in the city without having to leave our accommodation on the cold wet nights with the kids in tow.Many discussions were had during our 6 nights stay about when we are coming back to visit this gorgeous apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and will definitely be back in the near future! Thank you Stephan, Bella & Grace xx

They are an absolute Scammer ! Keep away from these guys, they would take your money and screw up your trip.Canceled my booking in last minute with no reason. No refund no reply no follow up.My friend and I had our holiday booked here for a few weeks and then and because our flight was canceled also have one of my friends got Covid and the office was said we still can check in, however they was cancelled last minute when we going to check in . The staff were very rude and didn’t pick the phone call or don’t reply any MSM.

The apartment was clean but very small. We got a message the day before to say we needed to pick up keys from an office, rather than the building. Instructions on how to find the building were minimal and not clear so it wasn’t easy to find while dragging bags. The apartment wasn’t set up as requested - we had booked for five people and we had to hunt for the linen etc. The air conditioning was faulty. The modem wasn’t switched on and despite signs not to touch it, we were told to turn it off and on! The dishwasher wasn’t on and the power switch was really difficult to access. We had multiple requests to the staff and responses were dismissive and rude. We would not recommend staying here as the area was deserted on the weekend with barely any food options.

We were yelled at by their manager and our reservations were cancelled for something that was never an issue.Honestly quite surprising to receive this kind of “service” from any business.The other reviews are accurate. Don’t book here under any circumstances.

The hotel was excellent and better then expected, really beautiful view and the room was so clean and really enjoyable with all of the essentials. The staff were super nice from start to end, they allowed us to check in early with complimentary drinks as well, towels came when we needed them and super understanding, even after our checkout they allowed us to keep our luggages at their office. Super kind would recommend!

In the heart of Docklands is close to everything. Our room is getting a bit tired. The bathroom has mould in the shower, soap holder broken off and missing. Power point in kitchen not working and dishwasher just beeping all the time. Un plugged now. Otherwise a nice place.
