I would highly recommend Min and Anand. They are very thorough with their service and repairs. Price is going to be same everywhere more or less but the thing that stands out is their customer service and honesty.

Very impressive setup, both of the guys are very friendly, there is a waiting area and office where you can sit while you discuss the work to be done and the garage section is kept almost surgically clean. Consummate professionals.Min had a look over of an older 4wd for me, and was very honest and upfront about how the work required would not have been economical. Had photos he had taken of the various issues he'd identified and took the time to step me through the work that would be required.I'll be taking my other cars to Min in the future because of his professionalism, you can tell that at a glance of the workshop and their setup. It's a rare thing to find in an independent mechanic and particularly ones that are so experienced in European marquees. I'd encourage anyone to go look for yourself.

I would highly recommend Anand. I was travelling from Geraldton and broke down, I called him and he looked at my car immediately. He didn’t have the capacity to fix my car in the time I needed however he got it fixed up so I could drive it, told me what wrong with it, emailed me the diagnostic report and gave me a suggestion of where I could go and get it fixed. He didn’t charge a penny for this! Is a genuinely nice man, knows what he was talking about and didn’t try to rip me off.

Anand did a fantastic job on servicing my BMW it feels and drives like a new car again. Thank you so much.

Excellent service!Very friendly people. Specially Min Choi, who replaced my Holden Vectra's water pump near the timing belt area and within 2-3 days unfortunately that water pump started leaking and these guys not only replaced leaked water pump with new one but also they didn't charge me a single penny for their labour.They are MTA certified, I highly recommend Auto West, because they are honest, they don't over charge and fix or replace the faulty parts only.
