Second time in a row and have gone through racist encounters. Had enough. It’s 2023, please teach your staff how to speak with your customers without bringing our race while making a purchase.Never had such experience anywhere in Melbs. Staff were so friendly and we never got treated differently but definitely not in both the stores of Bundy.

I'm posting as a 75 year old male and I would like to commend Connors not only for their friendly service but for the fact that they have a range of clothing that gives even us oldies some nice trendy choices rather than the usually limited range available for people our age. Lovely, helpful . Extensive range and welcoming staff.

Was happy to spend a grand or more until a rude lady came up and explained to us that the workers could only touch the pile of clothing not the customers. Then she mentioned that if the pile messed up its a headache to clean up.Now you tell me is this how you run a business towards a customer.Was discussed in her choice of wording and will not be returning.I suggest these workers go back to customer training, because you lost out on a big sale today.

Matt at Hinkler was so helpful when I couldn’t figure out what to get. His customer service was outstanding and I would recommend anyone going buying from Connor to see him.

I had great service at Connor Hinkler. I bought a suit and the guy that helped me was Matt. Super knowledgeable really easy to communicate your needs to and he sorted me right out. I recommend Connor Hinkler, if you are there ask for Matt he is a great asset for Connor. Once again thank you gor the service.

Connor clothes shop in Hinkler Shopping centre stock some of the finest clothes, they have a great variety & the staff are awesome, I highly recommend checking them out.
