A friend and I were taken care of by Liliana, Liliana has a kind and professional approach to her work; I received antiwrinkle injections for the first time, and felt at ease with Liliana’s professionalism. I have been doing laser and facial treatments with Paula for over 3 years. She has her clients best interest at heart and has a wide knowledge in her specialty. Myself and others have noticed improvement in my skin, I couldn’t recommend anyone or any place enough!

I have been going to Aust Skin Clinic at McArthur Square for over 2 years. I love the staff. They are all very well trained and know their products. They look after me really well and their communication is excellent. I have had lip filler and botox and the service has been amazing. Love the results and would highly recommend attending this clinic.

I was a regular customer here for two years. However one experience of being made to feel belittled. I had quite a few micro needling procedure done before, but this one instance. I was very sensitive to pain, and was tearing up, but was told during the procedure that I was moving around a lot and this will make things worse. The needling done placed a lot of pressure on my face. All I wanted to do was leave here. That day the place was short on staff, I observed and overheard the two staff going over their list and how they’re going to manage all with short of staff.All I wanted to do that appointment was leave and never come back. I used so many of their service, products but this one experience turned me away from their service and will not be visiting here again.Would not recommend.

A great experience. My first dermaplaning treatment and I’m very happy with the results. My therapist Tayla was very professional and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

When I was younger, I thought skin care treatments and products were a farce. You think you’re immortal and invincible when you’re in your youth but then life happens, aging happens. My sister and I are three years apart and she highly recommended me to Paula at Aust skin clinics Macarthur square. I was skeptical at first but gave it a shot because I trust her. I walked in being clueless but open to learn. Then I walked out of my consult with a heap of products for a custom skincare regime, booked in sessions and much more educated about my complexion. I started off with a couple of high performance micros to get my skin prepared and followed it with constant daily cleansing and applications of serums/lotions. I have also moved on to O2 with LED. My skin has improved vastly since I first begun and every experience I’ve had, has been therapeutic and an escape from reality while knowing, my skin will look and feel better post-appointment. Times are hard but this is well worth the money because it’s spent on you, for the surface and beyond skin deep, which is the best investment. And with Paula, or the other lovely ladies at this branch, you can trust you’re in good, professional and kind hands.

Liliana is simply the best, she makes you feel comfortable that you forget you even had a treatment.
