Great Banh Mi. Perfect amount of chilli. All ingredients fresh.Beautiful flavours.

One of the best banh mis I've had. Super crispy roast pork and fresh ingredients makes for a very satisfied customer. The bread roll could've been a bit crunchier but overall very happy. Great value for only $7.50.

I found out the hard way that you need to specify the type of carrots wanted in your roll. You are not asked, and end up with unpicked carrots and a very plain roll.The shop doesn't seem to be overly hygienic also.If you want a banh mi, I suggest you try elsewhere. I definitely won't be going back

Came here for the first time today around 1PM looking to fill a hole with my banh mi craving. It was surprisingly quiet, but I am not a local to this end of Melbourne so I don't know how it's like for lunch rushes.Decently priced at 7.90, though it wasn't something to write home about. It was very tasty, don't get me wrong, but I was a bit disappointed with the bread. When I order a banh mi, I expect to come away with at least a few cuts on the inside of my mouth, and crumbs EVERYWHERE after I bite in to it, but I didn't get that here -- the crust wasn't very crisp.Unsure if I'll be back only because I was out here for other errands. I won't be making a special trip for this one.

This is a hidden gem with well presented displays, speedy service and overflowing banh mi.The sauces on my roast pork banh mi were quite wet (the pate was more liquid than I'm used to) but the bread had enough structural integrity for this to be a non-issue. The pork was tender and crispy. The vegetables tasted fresh and were present in ample quantities.

Great little bakery on Warrigal Road at Ashwood.They make fabulous Pork and BBQ chicken Banh Mi. Always fresh.Great selection of fresh bread and cakes. Coffee is excellent too.Family owned and run.

Really friendly and welcoming staff! Super delicious banh mi! Donuts are tasty. Haven't tried the pies yet but they look delicious also! Highly recommend going if you want good quality bakery food!

Very nice Banh Mi!! They gave me a free cinnamon doughnut, which was also fresh and clearly made onsite that day.
