Novus Glass

During the process of replacing my windscreen the fitter lost a part to my windscreen wiper as it fell into the engine well. I was assured by the receptionist in a follow up call that they ( Bunbury Novus ) would replace the part. I then spent 3 months getting the run around and eventually lied to before acquiring the part myself with a simple phone call. Great service leading up to and including installation but all fell apart once payment was received. This should indicate to the reader of this review the REAL level of customer service you can expect if you choose to use this dealer. As of today I still have not received a refund for that $5 part nor any explanation from management regarding this ordeal which given what's going on in the world is not a big deal but it does highlight the poor service overall you can expect from Bunbury Novus Glass. Much better options for glass repair elsewhere in Bunbury. Letter to RAC being drafted.

They got me in within an hour of my phone call despite them being very busy. Professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

The people are very reasonable in price for my windscreen, for a Mitsubishi Lancer cost me $295. I was expecting to pay $600. I would definitely recommend Novus. So if you think you are being overcharged, give them a call. They will give you a quote, they will even make house call. I would recommend this company to my family & friends.

Had a few issues actually getting the windscreen replaced. The first time the replacement came damaged, the second time the wrong one was sent and finally the third time lucky it was replaced. Friendly administration staff and efficient when replaced. Free air freshener was a nice touch but i hated the scent.Overall not bad service just inconvenient.

Amazingly easy to arrange the replacement of my windscreen I believe it was Veronica I spoke with and very quick turnaround too. Luke came out to my property and replaced it without me even there as I got stuck at a doctor's appointment. Called up to pay the invoice and was just thrilled with the ease of this whole experience! Also way less expensive service than even my local repair shop. Cheers guys, really saved me stress. :D

Brad and his team provide top quality service and their work is faultless. So very impressed with their work! I'll be using them every time I have a windscreen problem. 10 out of five stars.Certain businesses (Not mentioning names) should start taking notes from these boys on customer service and how to run a successful business. Absolutely appalling!! Try to ring office & get an answering machineLeft vehicle there three times to have window replaced ~ always a problem & never fixed!Very bad customer service, although have since heard, new owners ~ which it definitely needed!

Brilliant service, they fit me in immediately and helped when I had a real pressing need. Very reasonably priced too!
