Asked a lady if they had an item in stock and her response could of been a lot better was pretty rude and just seemed like she didn’t want to help at all with her replying “we don’t stock that” while walking off finishing what she’s saying. The lady at the counter was very helpful and nice.

Great target, has a wide range of things. It's not as big as fountain gate but it's still really good. Self service check outs are also available now.. majority are self service check outs now which makes paying and lining up much quicker ☺️

Certainly seem to have lost its way. Very few customers and few service staff around. Not just Cranbourne store, all we have visited over last few months. Was once a favourite store, but not now.

The change rooms need to up their game. I I went to try on some close with my children who were both in their pram, and the double rooms that are fit for disabled and prams were shut full of clothes for stock take the retail worker did apologise, I know it’s probably not the retail workers fault. I’m guessing it’s management but to be honest it’s not good enough.

Standard target store. Limited stock in clothing sizes and shoes. Some great bargains. Staff are scarce at times but they do still have door greeters. Always clean and usually quiet.

I am retired military after 30 years so have a lot of time to walk around, shop etc…, on many occasions I have walked in the Cranbourne store and shocked to see little pride and ownership in this store. Boxes here and there, clothes on the floor, shoes littering the floor in the shoe section. Curious how the Manager can allow this disarray. As I said this is each time I go there from opening time to afternoon. Just don’t understand how this continues to happen.

I went to store today to buy a suite for my interview. The beautiful lady named Andria helped me so much to choose the best outfit. I actually asked helped from another staff member and wasn't getting much help or interest at all. But Andria was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish every staff member like Andria. She is gold to the company.. keep up the good service Andria

Great staff just a shame there is no longer any technology there. Went to get a game and realised they no longer have a tech department.Clean store and great variety of homewards , toys, clothing, baby items, shoes, books ect.

I do not understand the logic of store management. How can you leave a large store to be run by young, inexperienced staff on Australia Day? Their inexperience in processing some transactions led to long queues at check out and resulted in disgruntled and annoyed customers. It was not the fault of the young people who were doing their best with the training they had been given, , but that of Store Management!! No wonder more stores are closing down. I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in future
