Fantastic service, very professional. Finally found a hair stylist who understands how to cut fine hair. Thank you Bobby for styling my hair so beautifully. Well Done to the Kinnari and the entire team at Mello for working so hard to make their customers happy.

Being new to the area , I was apprehensive about getting my hair coloured at this salon but the team at mello was very welcoming and professional. Kinari did a great job by choosing the right base and highlight tones for my hair and the outcome exactly matched the look/colour I wanted . Highly recommend!

I've been visiting Mello hair for over a decade now and their service has always been wonderful. I generally do eyebrow and upper lip threading and on occasions hair cut and blow dry. The girls are always friendly, and do a great job. I highly recommend

My sister, mum, grandmother and I all go - 3 generations!! Even when I moved to Brunswick and it took me 45mins drive to get there, I would never go anywhere else! Can't recommend highly enough, you'll never need to take a risk on a salon after this treatment.

Love the way girls treat you, it is always a special treatment with full of energy and smiles. I would highly recommend the service, best place to decor yourself.

Only because we were 10 minutes late to an appointment, we were told on the day of our function that they might not be able to complete all our beauty services. extremely bad experience. Never recommending to anyone. No apologies from the staff. They almost made me and my daughter cry because we were 10 minutes late to a 1.5 hr previously booked appointment. If they plan to do this to their clients, they should atleast have the courtesy to send a text message or Amy sort of communication to say that if you are late for your appointment, we will not give you full service, at our parlour you have to be 100 percent on or before time or do not book us if you will come late. We only got hair straightened, no styling needed. We were not 20 minutes late, check your CCTV cameras...ur lies are all in your response and make up...face and neck were totally different, I had to correct the foundation and lipstick. And if I threatened your staff, why did you still do my services. Yes I demanded you do what we booked you for, I am not going to stand and beg...disappointing response from owner and staff...no empathy or apology.Highly not recommending mello to anyone ever.

I got highlights done in my hair, a haircut and a blow wave. They did a fantastic job! Went black to blonde over the course of a few hours and it turned out spectacular! My hair feels so soft and looks positively gorgeous with the blow wave and curls!Thank you so much!!

Can I give 1000 stars? What a fantastic bunch of people ! They gave my baby her first haircut without any tears! While one hairstylist cut , the other entertained the baby. Also , I always am treated like a friend and feel at home at Mello . What a lovely bunch of people ! Oh did I say the haircut was fantastic as well.I do go to them almost every 2-3 weeks to get my eyebrows threaded and only Mello really gets it right .
