My boots are very comfortable. Very happy with them. Service okay but we are living in hard times and we can all do with a pay rise. Just 5 dollars an hour extra can increase productivity by much more than the percentage it represents as employee effort.

Exceptional customer service and a huge amount of stock. Great advice on new clothing and all the options. Easily the best stockist on the beaches and the staff are awesome.

Cannot thank the team at Brooky enough for their help and support. We live 4 hours away in the country and their patience with us and understanding of our situation was just so amazing. Throw in delays with rain and weather, they even sent up our final product by mail so we could get it. Quality embroidery and fabulous in store team make for a winning formula.Thank you Lyn, Belinda and all at Totally Workwear, Brookvale.

Have always been great to deal with but unfortunately have changed the way they do embroidery. That’s fine but I have multiple logos setup with them and have always brought my own gear to be embroidered to fit our aesthetic. Now only items to be embroidered must be purchased in the store. All of my setups I’ve paid for are now useless. Some notification to existing clients of these changes would have been nice before they were implemented. Now I have excess stock purchases which needs embroidery and am required to pay for new setup fees with a new business. We have always payed overs for standard work gear there, shorts etc, but will get online now as it’s cheaper. Unfortunately loyalty lost.

Worst totally workwear in Sydney. Horrible staff, returning a pair of workpants that had teared, staff would not offer a refund or replacement, one lady had said she had to take photos and send them to manufacturer, 2 weeks had gone by, no phone call or email. Had to go into shop for the rude lady to tell me that they can’t do anything. Only to find out no email or call had been made to manufacturer all the staff had their story’s mixed up, could tell I was being lied to. After arguing with staff they eventually gave in and offered me a new pair of pants , had to wait another week for new pants to come in for an exchange. Honestly have never been treated like this before and have been shopping with totally workwear in other suburbs for over 10 years and the service is usually on point. Huge let down felt very uncomfortable in this store could Not help the feeling that I was treated different due to me Not being from this ‘area’ . Very disappointing

I’ve been shopping at TWW for the last year and a half and every time Milli assisted me she knew exactly what I needed. She asks the right questions and delivers exactly what you need in the size to your needs. Friendly, helpful and vibrant….what a pleasant experience.

Belinda and Sophie were the biggest legends. Went in for an exchange under warranty and they sorted me out very quickly and with a smile on their face. This place is my go to workwear shop and always love how friendly the employees are there.
