The worse pharmacy ever !!!! I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE IT !!I’ve ordered my sons eye drop on Thursday and they said u will get it Friday morning,I ended up getting on Monday,And when I spoke to the manager or owner he said to me, it shouldn’t be a problem !!! He can’t do nothing about it as the courier company is using the most “” professional company “”And I asked why he said he can’t do anything about it for been late !!!Didn’t even bother to apologise!!!!!!!Replying to your comments below,As you are aware those eyes drops shouldn’t be out and about for long time as your pharmacist advised me before so I should’ve got the delivery on Friday not MONDAY it’s an eye drops not engine oil !!And for free delivery this your deal from day one I didn’t get to chose to get them deliver to me that’s what you advised me from day one .

The service is very efficient and friendly, definitely recommend the pharmacy.Parking is downstairs from the side road.

Unprofessional staff accompanied with rude behaviour. While they lost our repeat prescription, instead of accepting the fact the staff decided to blankly lie and put the blame on us. All of this while charging substantially more than other pharmacies.Edit: Thank you for proving my point in terms of your rude behaviour with the customers. kindness comes with practise for some and does not cost a penny or favors.

Went in for my 4th Covid booster & flu shot. Marty was amazing!!! He was warm & friendly along with being thorough and professional. Barely felt anything with both jabs, so if your a little nervous or have kids, I highly recommend him!

Was a recent employee at Discover Pharmacy. All staff treated me with respect and helped me grow and learn daily. Every day there was something new to learn and I appreciate the teams help and support. Jack the owner of the pharmacy does as much as he can to help assist his staff with whatever needs they desire. After reading a previous review and the pharmacy's response I would like to say that I have never had any issues with this pharmacy, their staff or their professional line of questions in the nearly 2 years I have been a customer, however recently I have encountered this arrogant server whose line of questioning is not relevant or professional and should not be encouraged by management. I recently had a script filled and felt like I was being interrogated and judged by the person serving me. I have never experienced that before at ANY pharmacy. The questions were irrelevant and not any of a pharmacists business. I will not enter the store if I see him behind the counter. All other staff have been lovely and professional.

I have gotten to know the staff due to being a regular customer. They are all professional, friendly and have the personal touch.Jack, Jelena and all the staff have great knowledge and are always willing to help.I have seen them deal with some difficult customers so kudos to them for what they put up with.Happy to remain an ongoing customer!

It's a very good pharmacy, and I have been looked after well. I order my daughter's eyedrops every month, and services are always great! Just a little feedback - hope their refill system is more automatic if the medical regulation allows. It's not easy to remember to call in for refill on time every month for a busy mum. I am happy to sign a authority for automatic renew every month.

I needed help with a personal matter. They were very professional and there was blue eyed girl there.. wow.So helpful. So professional. They were actually competitive even compared to chemist warehouse. One of the fewest chemists I've seen that beat the discount places.
