Susan was lovely today took really good care of me. It was my birthday and I had been spoilt by a friend and treated to getting a mini manicure and a lovely pedicure and it was all wonderful and relaxing can highly recommend it!

Beautiful room but check in was a disaster. Unlike our stay at the Mecure 3 weeks ago that was stressfree and very accomodating also room was well appointed may not have had gowns and slippers however checkin after flight delay then having to wait over 1 hour to have our room simply poor standard for Crowne chain. Fridge could be bigger and why is there never more milk??? Here for my mother in law's funeral have enough on my mind than extra problems to deal with.

Used the spa and pool the other day when it was cold and raining. The pool has been recently upgraded with heaters. Great gym and friendly staff.

Very good. A great place to meet locals as it's a local gym and pool and the hotel (Crown Plaza Hotel) has free access to the facilities

Great workout place. Plenty of up-to-date equipment, good coffee shop and pool area. Friendly staff and personal trainers, plus energy drinks, protein power and bars and note.
