Got really bad fuel from this service station, alarm in dash went off next day after driving back to camp on main beach. Had to pull up and drain entire filter, was the colour of dirt.

Eileen & Dave are super nice people and very helpful. You can get all you general store items, camping and fuel all at the one place. Can't praise them enough. Keep up the good work guys.

Went to use the air to fill up our 4WD tyres and was abruptly told that I was parked in the road of the driveway and to park on the street to fill my tyres with air. Yes I was parked in a no parking zone but where the air supply is there is no where to park except for on the road. This issue needs to be addressed as where the air supply is located is obstructing the fuel Bowser's if a vehicle is parked there. My issue is the poor attitude the service station owner had towards us, I understand that he probably has this issue all the time and if so he needs to relocate the air supply to a better more accessible location.

I purchased a cheap plastic toilet seat for $16.95. To start with the nuts to screw it on didn’t fit the posts but luckily I could use the ones from the seat I had removed. Then it was impossible to get it tight enough so that it didn’t swivel when sitting on it. Then the first time my husband sat on it the plastic shattered. I tried to return it and the woman at the counter refused to give me a refund as I had also purchased some door stops to use on our camping chair toilet. She insisted I had told her the seat was going to be used on the camping toilet which I definitely did not. I will not be returning. I would rather spend 2 hours going to the mainland for future purchases.

Good island business, always with friendly service

Random requests like park on the road to use the air compressor because they're busy. 2 cars while I was there. Pretty rude really. Last time I'll be going there. Shame because I live on the island. Will drive to Amity or the Point to fuel up in the future. Pretty sure it's cheaper and the service is 100% better anyway. Poor form.

Unfriendly service from Eileen. She made it very clear that I couldn't return a product worth $6.50 if I had opened the packet she had to repeat this twice. Lucky for them they have no competition on the island.
