Toilets locked, the person in the gift shop says that you are supposed to buy something from them, then they will give you the key, pretty sure this is a mild form of extortion.

Toilets locked say they are for staff, what about the baby change rooms, bringing babies to work day everyday..? Don't think so.. Not impressed
