Mahinda did a very good job. Did not clean carpet mat.Communication problem. Was meant to arrive at about 7.30 am but he rang at 9 am to say he only just received the instructions and was 40 mins away.Both my neighbour and I were very happy with the carpet cleaning job. I am writing to report the unsatisfied cleaning services I had today.From my knowledgeYou guys should bring in something similar to those machine that can be hired from Woolworth or BunningAdd the detergent, hot water and wash the carpet and vacuum the dirt.However, 10 mins job and cost me 138 dollars with that simple machine just rotating on the top of the carpet.I did asked how come the machine it's different than those Bunning or Woolworth one, then I been told it's new technologyEven my 10 years old boy came to the bedroom and feedback to me that he doesn't think they did a good jobThat's why I try to use my new v10 Dyson and vacuum the bedroom.Man,You guys not providing according to advertising.Why, because I just done the vacuum for 1 bedroom which you guys did the cleaning job, and guess what, my new vacuum machine is full of dust and dirt, it's 75% full , just 1 bedroom.Yes, that's the bedroom you claim you did the cleaning job this morning for me.And yesI did pay extra 20 dollars per room for somethingI will report to fair trading manIt's just a rip offHow come it's still so dirty and dusty after the cleaningThis is the machine being used and not doing the cleaning job properly.Even a 10 years old boy can tell.

I would recommend their services to everyone! Mathew who had come to clean the home was amazing and very professional and friendly! He cleaned the home very diligently and nicely. My couch looks brand new! Thanks Mathew!

The Customer service was excellent and the Technician called to say 20 minutes from the Site and when arrived did a walk through assessment and told me the Process and proceeded to do the Job prompt professional with care and walked me through to show the trouble areas he fixed .Job Well Done, Highly RecommendKen

Angel Carpet Cleaning has a speedy response time to all inquiries I had. The service overall was amazing, gentleman that came was friendly and polite. Overall took maybe 30 mins which is great. The steam clean has left my carpets cleaned, softer and overall nicer. Would definitely use them again. Pricing is very fair too.

Matthew did an incredible job in deep cleaning the carpets of our house. The work was done in detail but timely manner. Never been this much satisfied with carpet cleaning work before and we are going to use their services again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I emailed them and they got back to me in record time. And I was able to book in for my carpets to be cleaned the next day.Loyd was understanding and non judgemental when he inspected the job. Tackled the job, completed in record time, it was an hour and the carpets have come out looking amazing.He was kind with my kids as they watched and asked questions.I highly recommend their services and I will be contacting them again to maintain how good our carpets look.
