Bristow Smith Reserve Nature Playspace
Great playground with lots of variety of play equipment. Kids loved it all, we spent ages here. There is also a public toilet nearby, walking/riding path and a phone charge station. Keep a close eye on youngsters as the water is close to the playground and there is no fencing.

Amazing playspace, something for everyone in regards to play equipment including slide, swings, climbing frame, carved tree with animals and creatures in it.A huge wooden boat, sand, paths and gardens. Loads of open lawns to kick a ball or have a picnic.Public toilet block nearby too.

Love this playground. One of the best on the coast with lots of variety, grass and room for everyone. Lovely spot and local art to admire. BBQ facilities are great and it's a popular spot for birthdays. Plenty of parking close by and toilets close too.

Great playground for the kids. Barbecue facilities and plenty of picnic tables and seats. Public toilets too. Grassed area to sit on as well. Also small sandy beach if you fancy a dip in hot weather.

Large playground, not fenced and close to water so not suitable for little ones unless you are watching well. Shaded areas for picnics. Lots of bird life to enjoy. We took advantage of the Bikeway. It is on road on the way to the barrage so best suited to confident riders

Great park. Heaps of activities to do. The swings were great.The fact that is has a charging bench and free council WiFi is amazing.

Great nature play area with built in musical instruments, sensory wall and plenty to climb and swing on. There are also toilets YAY! Free wifi and charging station, lawn area for bbq or ball games and a few little shelters with picnic tables. This is up against the lakes edge though so prepare for wet feet if your kiddies like to investigate water .... it’s shallow at first too so you don’t need to stress too much

Excellent...picnic tables with shelter ,bins, and close to a cafe for a coffee or ice cream.Swing, cleared bombing, sand, musical instruments, huge boat, bridges, speaking tube, slippery dip, round swing and more.Close to toilets.

This is the best example of public money well spent I've ever seen, the Playground, Barbeque and Eating areas and the location on the River with a safe area for kids to enjoy the water is fantastic, come here and enjoy it.
