I am a a long term tenant of Crowther and Richards and I want to say thank you to all management and staff for there outstanding services they provide us there professionalism is above and beyond anything I have experienced while renting and hopefully one day I will be in the position to buy my own house and I could not go past them to help do thatThank you so much

We only where dealing with them thru a third Party renting a room at the 151 Macquarie House this is the review for the stay :Great locationGood host who tried to be obliging, however as this place is managed by a Real Estate agency Host was unable to provide her level of standard that she acknowledge it required.Comfortable bed & pillows.Kitchen very poorly equipped.No Covid-19 safe plan on arriving, took 10 days after complaining for signage & hand sanitizer to appear.Cleaning of all common areas ( kitchen, 4 bathrooms, lounge for 12 rooms ) only done every 3 day, when it was done it was sub-standard and not sanitized at all by cleaner.One mop for kitchen and ToiletRubbish bins often over flowing.Tea towels and dishcloths rancid.Hand soap & toilet paper not regularly replaced.Would we stay here again....... NOThe cleaning was the Agent responsibility and was given to an in house Guest with no experience for a discount on his rent

Crowther Richards Real Estate have been managing my investment property for me for several years and they are hands down the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. They are very good dealing with any maintenance issues with the property and very proactive getting tenants signed up on leases. Always very pleasant to deal with. Cannot fault them. Highly recommend if you need a real estate agent in Hobart.

These guys are fantastic! I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Kirsty and Mike for all they did. They are extremely professional and go above and beyond. We sold our house in 10 days and got exactly the price we wanted. I have never experienced a real estate like them and I’ve bought and sold quite a few houses. After owning my own home and years of living in private rentals. I started renting through Crowther Richards, the team is very professional with great communication, you always know what is happening and when. Elle, Gabby and the team go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are comfortable and the properties under their management are well looked after by the tenants. I would definately recommend Crowther Richards to friends and family to both rent through and to have their rental properties managed by them. Old fashioned service at its best.

Used this crew as a landlord for several years and would not recommend, given incorrect information and charged more than other competing companies. Feel that they allowed personal issues to taint their professional decisions. There are many other better companies out there.

Very disappointing service and communication. Unfortunately needed to deal with this agency when selling our home. I would recommend looking around at other agencies before making a decision
