Thank you for making the experience in buying my first Givenchy bag as a birthday present from my husband, very memorable. The staff were very considerate, knowledgeable and polite from the time we walked in, to the way we were greeted out of the store. Superb customer service and high quality finished product.

Staff were so unbelievably rude and followed me and my partner around on our heels the entire time and ignored all our questions/attempts at conversation, and then redirected us out of the store before we even decided upon leaving.Imagine acting all high and mighty when you’re working at the store and not buying from it. This store needs a real attitude change, Hubert De Givenchy was known for his kindness and politeness, and did not get that here.Besides they had some ugly disney collaboration going on that you could get at any HnM.

Probably the worst service out of all the designer stores as they just stand there and stare you, but when they realise you are buying something the service improves . I always prefer to buy Givenchy from Marais as their service is always A++++. Go to Marais instead.

What a joke of a store !The customer service is terrible and would not it if they fell over it .We purchased a bag and returned to buy another only to find the staff very rude and not helpful they don’t smile or talk and they look down at you .I think they need to check themselves as they are the ones working in a shop and we are the purchasers.Will not return here and will definitely be writing a letter to givenchy paris and LVMH to let the true owners know just how their distributors of australia are destroying their brand.

I walked in and greeted by sales rep Letty who was patient, smiling face with me trying on all the sneakers. I settled for the red elastic leather white sneakers at A$900. It was nice and easy to wear without laces.

The service I experienced with Givenchy Chadstone was second to none.They made my transaction effortless and I would happily recommend their store.

I love coming to this brand. The staff are welcoming and exceptionally helpful when required. Especially Trisno Tjandi, he provides great customer service and was overall attentive to my needs. In general, great assistance !

THE WORST shopping experience ever! Just had a look at the reviews on google for this store and the store manager, there are all negative speeches. I didn't get a faulty product however because of the boxing day sale, the bag I bought is 10% more cheaper, the product was purchased two day before Christmas. I was at chaddy on boxing day so decided to have a look at givenchy, when I found the price's dropped, I asked staff for an explanation as they suggested me to buy it before boxing day, they also said the price won't change. However, on boxing day, they told me that they just received discount information in the morning. When I asked if I can get the price difference refunded, the store manager used a metaphor saying if you bought some apples from woolworths and now the price is different, are they gonna refund you anything? She also tended to call security to kick me and my gf out which is ridiculous since we're just asking things politely! For people who see this review, DONT go n DONT regret yourself!

Walked in midday today - very rude security man. Sarcastically responded to my question if i had to line up (store only had one other customer with no line). Great way to ruin a brand’s experience (and potential purchase) before you even walk through the door!

Super Rude customers service, the sale girl called Thea Shi, was racist and seriously need training about customer service. The store need to train their staff better otherwise to damage its reputation. Will not recommend to go in store.
