Green Leaves Massage

Rude, arrogant and offensive. If you're going to purchase a gift voucher from this place, look at it as an involuntary donation. I purchased a massage voucher, with the understanding it would have 12 months validity on it, went to use it 5 months later, and was told it is expired and their vouchers only last 1 month from sale date.. Also, I was accused of having printed the voucher myself, as it was not dated and signed by the person who sold it to me. When I advised her I knew the exact date I purchased the voucher and had my bank statment to show her the transaction so she could go through her records to confirm who sold it or alternatively reprint me a receipt, she refused and said it would take her days to get the records. I also asked to see a copy of their Terms and Conditions for sale of gift vouchers, which she also could not provide. The manager was rude, offensive (asked me if I can read english, when her 1st language was obviously NOT english). Would not let me speak, even when I asked her to stop talking and listen to me, she just kept going. She was also yelling at me the entire time, if I was a customer receiving a massage, this definitely would have been disruptive. She told me if I wanted to get the massage, I would have to go through the ACCC to get it. Very unprofessional customer service.

Very calming environment with super friendly staff. The message therapist was very caring during my massage. She made sure I was comfortable and would ask me if the pressure was okay. Definitely coming back soon. Would highly recommend to others!

Amazing place. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the staff are so kind and caring. I really haven't felt this good after a massage in a really long time. Do yourself a favour and come here, it's really worth it.

Small family feel with friendly staff and a relaxing environment, they provide all you need for a perfect massage. I’ve been going to green leave massage regularly for a while now and highly recommend them. I started with tight muscles and bad posture as sitting at a computer all day. I could only handle a soft massage and they’ve gradually built up the pressure which has helped with my posture and flexibility. From those whom I’ve received a massage, ask for Sandra or Shenea and you won’t be disappointed!

Me and my cousin went here and we asked for a relaxation massage instead we got a deep tissue massage which made us feel even worse. The guy spoke majority of the time, couldn't even relax because it was so dam sore and I explained that it was really really painful (his massage) but he kept going. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this place is not worth it. My back took a week and half to come right. SPEND your money ELSEWHERE !!!!!
