I was extremely impressed with ASFA - the auto care services and car mechanics in Adelaide. Unfortunately, my car battery got discharged due to the excessive use of AC from my long fun trip of 5 days to a nearby location outside Adelaide. So I was urgently looking for a mechanic near my place & my search ends here. I got my Audi A5 car battery serviced yesterday from them. The customer service was fantastic and everyone I came into contact with was friendly and professional. Very skilled and experts team of mechanics in Adelaide The prices were also very reasonable and work was completed quickly. Deeply thanks for understanding my urgency and charging my car battery quickly. I will definitely be visiting them again for other car services and repairs as well.

It's always hard to find a good car mechanic that you can trust. After lots of searching one of my friends recommended ASFA. I visited them for brake repair and replacement for my BMW X5 which deteriorated due to regular usage. Prompt and well-priced servicing with excellent customer service. I am a car freak guy for whom speeds matters a lot. I own an Audi A4, earlier it uses to take around 8-9 secs to reach the speed of 100 but after some time due to wear and tear of the engine, it felt a little slow to me, therefore, I refer to ASFA, an auto repair shop near me for my concern. They initially did the full inspection of my car and after finding the issue they fixed it, the job done was fantastic the torque was improved and the car feels like new to me. They literally provide the best car services in Adelaide. Highly recommending them for all kind of car service in Adelaide.

Extremely happy with the quality of work and customer service here at ASFA. I took my 2013 Volkswagen Amarok to make sure everything was running smoothly after purchasing it. ASFA were able to diagnose any problems and quote me a competitive price compared to other mechanics around the area.It's great to have a mechanic I feel like I can trust who won't rip me off. I have had a few things fixed up with my car, and on a few of those occasions, the cost ended up being cheaper than the estimated price because the problem was not as severe as we first thought. Another time I was called to be informed my part was on special from their supplier so they were able to give me a better price.Everyone is very friendly and the customer service fantastic.I will certainly be coming back and recommending this place!

i don’t usually write bad reviews, but i don’t want anyone else to go through what we have, so here we are.we gave almost $2000 to ASFA before realising we were being scammed, which has since been confirmed by another mechanic.most notably, they put a steering rack on wrong, which caused further issues with traction control, which was easily fixed with steering rack & wheel recentred & steering angle reprogrammed (which we got at a different mechanic after losing faith in ASFA). but ASFA, insisted it was one sensor, then another, and were going to charge us for brand new parts & labour to fix a problem THEY CAUSED. furthermore, their suggested fixes wouldn’t even have solved the problem! (as confirmed by another mechanic) so then we would have payed more & wasted more time…. basically it was a scam to get money out of us or they are completely incapable mechanics. more details below…we went in for a simple service and were told that our steering rack needed replaced, which we don’t think was true. but alas, we trusted them. after picking up our car, we were immediately worried that the traction control was engaging for no reason, it became scary when we were driving along busy roads and our car would not be able to go above 40km and was making bad noises. we took it back to ASFA and they told us they would need to replace a sensor, which didn’t work, then they said it was another sensor, they were planning on charging us for brand new parts and multiple hours of work, as well as suggesting a transmission service.we weren’t sure, so went to another mechanic (alltrac 4wd) who told us that it was nothing to do with the sensors, the steering rack had been put on wrong. it became clear that either ASFA are incapable mechanics or scam artists. either way, i would never trust them with anything again and would suggest to anyone else thinking of going to ASFA, don’t. don’t risk it. they are also not RAA approved!they also replaced various other parts in our car, insisting they were necessary and showing us photos of broken/faulty parts on the ground, but never on our car. i’m pretty sure it was all fake.we were told once that a good mechanic won’t be able to see you straight away, if he can see you straight away, he is a bad mechanic. we fell for ASFA’s lower prices & quick availability. something we will never do again. wait the few extra days & save yourself a lot of time and money.

My experience with ASFA has always been great. I have been using their service for my Audi A3 for a while now, and the quality they offer every time is just increasing. In my recent services regarding power issue, we had small discussions & they told me that brake fluid was dirty. Charges were affordable as usual,. Mechanics are always courteous and friendly here. Hello, I am wills. Recently i was having some issues with my KIA Seltos. The performance was poor & there was some noise in the engine. I first visited the service center but the amount asked for the work was a bit expensive so on the advice of my friend i took my car to ASFA. The service was excellent and the thing i personally like the most was they offer a free inspection for my car. Not only is my car running more smoothly but the services ended up at a affordable price than i was initially offered .ASFA undoubtedly have the best mechanics in Adelaide.
