These guys are the BEST!!! 10 Star service!! I am currently selling my house and with all the crazy weather events throughout the campaign my pool has needed A LOT of TLC. Ian is always available to give advise and the whole team go out of their way to make the impossible possible in the shortest amount of time so I have been able to open my home for inspection with a sparkling pool every time. Outstanding service from the frenchs forest team. I had an issue with my pump and booked a service for the wednesday, Stephen arrived Tuesday and sorted the issue ASAP and followed up with a phone call as I wasn’t home. Can’t fault the team.

I would rate the quality of service 5 stars and their pricing (and their support staff customer attitude) 1 star, so an average of 3 stars. On a positive note, the owner and pool technicians are first class, very knowledgeable and customer focussed. The downside is they are very expensive (check prices in Brookvale before you buy anything and ask them to price match) and as I saw in a couple of other reviews I felt pressured to buy expensive items I hadn’t wanted to buy. The owner (Brandon) kindly called me after I raised my concerns and was very apologetic and wanted to make good …. but the damage had already been done. My repair is now being completed tomorrow and 30-40% cheaper for an identical product just by making that phone call to a competitor in Brookvale.

Great community resource for all things swimming pools. We got some great advice and education on how to care for our pool when we moved in, it will save us many unnecessary visits. They test your water as a complimentary service, and give you a specific regime for how to correct any chemical imbalances. Will be a returning customer. Thanks!

Fantastic customer service and overall service, went beyond our expectations.We ended up getting in touch with Brandon and his team to clean up a very neglected pool and fencing situation and they have gone above and beyond in service and lead times. Very helpful and clear communication, whilst also being very trustworthy.Would highly recommend and would continue to use.

I really want to support local business, but they make it very difficult. I know that the business model of pool shops is to make money on the chemicals to cover the cost of the free tests. But the costs are probitive, nearly double that of Bunnings.

So great to have someone really wanting to HELP!!These guys and gals are super busy but were able to make some time to get our pool system up and running AND they turn up when they say they will!You need to at least give them a call when you are doing ANY pooling activity!

Brandon and team have provided exceptional service. From the installation of a new glass pool fence, reconfiguring the pool pump pipework through to the maintenance of our pool.
