Install Right
Install right, installed a dishwasher in our North Sydney apartment. At first I was a bit concerned about some of their reviews. However, this was quickly dispelled. They arrived on time and completely the job promptly and professionally. A special mention to their employee named Thad Lin. Our dishwasher was located slightly further away from the connecting piping, however Thad talked to the installer over the phone, and the problem was solved. Thank you Install Right, thank you Thad.

Install Right installed 2 Fujitsu aircons and did a great job. Special thanks to Chris and Vy who were very friendly kept the place clean and tidy at all times. They took the time to explain the functions of the aircons and remote. Their customer service team kept me in the loop from the time I booked the service till post installation.

Bought oven, cooktop and range hood from Bing Lee. Was referred to this company for installation and removal of existing appliances. Communication not very good. Was booked for 5/8 for the job, received an sms to advise change of date to 10/8, after I had arranged to take a day off work. I called and they put my installation back to 5/8. Then I get an sms late on 4/8 with the time frame. When the installer arrived, he asked me if I was told about the extra charge for top floor level of $80. NO I WASN’T INFORMED OF THIS. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Thank you to your installer Michael. He did a great job in getting to the CBD, delivering and installing my electric oven. He made sure the oven works and explained to me how to use it. He cleaned away all packaging etc Excellent service! Thank you!

I bought my 85” TV from Bing Lee and was recommended Install Right for the wall mounting installation. Andrew was polite, on time and did a professional job. The communication with the office was terrific. Highly Recommend

Bought an oven from Bing Lee who referred me to this company for installation. They don't respond to you via email and they don't pick up when you call them. The original date of the installation was changed with no notice, I just received an automated email. Highly unprofessional, I would not recommend. Avoid this company. I would rather pay double for a reliable company.

Absolutely hopeless. I have been calling them every day to try to cancel a job that was assigned to me by The Good Guys and they don’t reply to any emails nor pick up the phone at all. If this is how they treat you when you need to contact them then that’s obviously a good sign not to use them for any job. Avoid this company.

We were referred by Bing Lee when we purchased our Asko hob and oven. I wish now we had read the reviews before contacting them to install our gas hob and oven. As Bing Lee was the referral partner, we took it for granted the installers knew what they were doing. A small part of our bench top was ripped off by the installer. Though, he attempted to glue it back cosmetically it can clearly be seen and is an eyesore. Repeated attempts to be compensated or professionally fixed has fallen on deaf ears. A token gesture of a $50 Bing Lee vou her was offered. An email to Bing Lee customer care to warm them of the reviews and bad workmanship was not responded to. My plumber would have done a better job and also not charged so much as well

These guys are sub contracted by Bing Lee for installation services. They installed my dryer, however it took two attempts at drilling into the wall (what happened to measure twice, cut once?), they marked and dented the walls and left all the rubbish behind. Furthermore they have not responded to any of my customer service emails.

What a pleasure it was to have the team from Install Right provide us with two split system air-conditioners. They did an advance inspection and quote. On the day of the installation they gladly helped prepare the areas involved and returned all materials back into the right place, after the job was finished. They overcame difficult locations and were most courteous, thoughtful and efficient. Install Right was the right team for us!
