You may have to wait a while if you don't have an appointment but the doctors have all been wonderful. The front desk staff can be direct bit that's coz they are clearly very busy.

First and last time coming to this medical centre... After patiently waiting for a GP for one and a half hours, the GP was extremely rude and abrupt from dealing with a difficult patient before me... She didn't want to listen or deal with my medical problems leaving me without a diagnosis. Extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely appalled by lack of care by Dr Kim and this practice. My 81 y.o Mum, who have trouble understanding English, was refused a telephone consultation about her abnormal blood test results with her daughter to translate while Mum is at the doctor’s office. That would be telephone consultation and They don't do telephone consultations" - receptionist said."

The worst of the worsts. Waiting time way too long even after making appointment a day ahead. No good front desk staff. Intentionally make patients wait without letting them know about the delays. Pathology service staff insulting patient for not wearing mask and asking them to buy mask from shop next door while she had masks readily available on her desk in full view.Australia hitting a new low on health care. Well done!!

Disgusting service of the receptionists. Such a bad management. They give invoices that look like middle aged! There was no point of booking consultation prior..no one Was maintaining that. Don't recommend.

I’ve been a patient at this practice since 2012 and never had any issues with the front desk girls or doctors.The receptionists are lovely and always ready to help. Yes, waiting times can be difficult at times but that is beyond anyone’s control and all medical centres have a long wait! The practice have great opening and closing times with very good and supportive doctors and two female doctors. It was the only practice that did not shut during covid lockdowns and offered face to face consults. Highly recommend this practice and extremely happy to be a patient of dr Phan.

This medical Centre that's quite busy I've found it about 20 years is surely having very good doctors (even if I've been a difficult pacient because always I flooded them with questions). Even so I have no doubts about the efficiency of their's proficiency in medical practice. Regrettably I'm not going anymore to this medical Centre because I moved to a different location in last three years.And receptionists are always lovely even if are working flat out every second. I never have any problems with them but contrary.

Dr Loi Phan is one of the best doctors. He is very efficient and also at the same time he gets everything important covered. Dr Phan has been my GP from the time I have been in Australia and he has helped me out with so many issues I had in life. I highly recommend Dr Phan.

I have been coming to this Medical Centre for 8 years now. The Doctors are great and knowledgeable. The wait times are long, but that's the case almost everywhere these days. The receptionists are friendly and always helpful. The Indian lady receptionist was very friendly and helped me out with my booking today, making my visit quick. Thank you very much.
