The environment is always warm, welcoming and non-judgmental. Cilyse and Olivia are always so helpful and kind. It's a great place to build flexibility and strength no matter your skill level. I have been going to this studio for over a year. Cilyse and all the instructors are so down to earth. There is absolutely no judgement! All of the students and teachers are always supportive and encouraging. I love this studio, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Did a casual class here while I was on holidays and was really impressed - Cilyse is a great teacher and provided knowledgeable spotting that made me feel comfortable enough to try tricks that I'd otherwise find too scary. The classmates were all so lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome even though I was only there for one day. It's great that they have the option of casual classes and I will definitely be back in future when I'm in the area.
