Could not give any more less stars.I went to change batteries for my fossil watch ,while changing batteries the so callled technician gave a good scratch on the back when I asked him regarding that he said it was already there. I end up paying 15 dollars screwing 250 watch.I asked fossil guys for battery replacements but I takes 4 to 5 days until I get it back as thery have to send it to the Service centre in the courier service. All in all, watch lovers,Do not go there if you really love your watch.

A fantastic experience. The young lady was polite, friendly and skilled, taking off a link from the silver bracelate of a newly purchased mechanical watch and also replacing the watchband of my other main watch, all in 20 minutes from dropping it in and at a good price too. I would recommend.

I have a three years old G-SHOCK, it worked very well water proof level. Until 1at of May, the battery stopped working , I went to Fantastic Watch World in parramatta to change battery. They charged me $35 for two batteries. Afterwards the watch leaked water, I went back, they said cause I didn’t do water proof test, also the watch is out of warranty, too old. And then did the water proof test said it leaked water from the big gasp(which actually the case of the watch, and I didn’t know back then) they couldn’t fixed it, cause it too old, saying don’t be so stubborn to wear watch to take shower or swim.12th of May I went to a specialist , they told me, first the watch only had one battery, second the battery other shop gave me to is bit flat, the big gasp is between the wash case and watch. Everything done is $70. I recorded all the photos and told them the story.13th June, I went back to Fantastic Watch World , they refused to refund me$35, say only $5. They even didn’t say sorry about the things happen. Pretend that’s not their fault. This watch means a lot to me, my friend sent me me before I came to Australia. I’m very unsafe about it.if u love your watch, don't go there! Waste your time and money!

I purchased a battery type CR1220 for my gshock, the lady quoted me $15 and I said it’s very pricey for a battery, she told me that its a special type of battery. My mistake I didn’t check the price online at that time and purchased it, 2 mins later I went back to return the battery after checking the original price, it was $3.95. She refused to return the money. They are literally stealing from people!!!

Worst service ever. I was told I will have a year warranty for my new watch but get charged when I return to change battery after just half a year. They denied they have promised for a year and kept saying the warranty only covers half a year for battery. Not listening and keep saying that they are busy

I took my new-sh watch there to get a battery changed. I had done it before with an older watch and there were no problems. This time, however, the lady changing the battery used a hammer and put a deep, quite visible scratch in the back. I would have preferred that they said they couldn't do that particular watch. Unfortunately I didn't look at the watch when she handed it back. I should have and that is my fault. However, she also didn't say anything about the scratch and I don't think it can be fixed anyway. I will not be going back.

This place is such!! DON’T COME HERE! I asked for a shorten of my watch band and the woman took my watch without my confirmation whether I accept or not. She literally take it off for 5 seconds and charge me $25 what a robbery!

Absolutely fraudsters. I visited today with G-shock watch which stopped working few days ago. I asked for battery they said 40$ straight away saying it is made in japan batteries and asked to come back later. When I said no I will wait take your time then they opened watch and said oh it rechargeable 90$ and you have to leave here I when I said no I dont want to leave just tell me how much but do in front this watch is important to me. I cant afford to loose. They said upto you and closed it in so hurry not even properly adjusted crown and gaskit. Just tightened 1 screw and half way other gave it back to me. Really bad experience. If you have expensive watch or something you really care about dont go there. Find authentic repair shop. Paying few dollars extra is worth than getting scratches and poor service.

I felt the need to share a positive experience due to all the previous reviews being negative.I took in a few watches to have their batteries replaced. Because I read these reviews beforehand, I was cautious to use these people. The guy there (watch technician) was friendly and prices were reasonable. Took him 45 mins to replace batteries in 5 watches (which is pretty decent).Watches all seem to work and not damaged or scratched etc.The woman that works with him (presumably his wife) isn't great with customer service. Doesn't bother to acknowledge you or crack a smile. Pretty rude- but didn't bother me.My overall experience with this place was fine!I recommend taking pictures of your items (preferably in front of the staff) so you've got proof of the condition & they can see you're concerned about them getting damaged.
