Incredibly helpful and informative staff. We were renovating 3 bathrooms and a laundry and I was overwhelmed by the size of the project I was undertaking, I had extremely limited time and very busy lifestyle, I was struggling to understand all the specifications for all the products I needed. Lisa was so good at assisting, she was able to understand the style I was trying to achieve and recommended suitable products, she made everything so easy. She explained the specifications on the products and helped eliminate non-suitable products.Lisa helped me with one bathroom and when I compared her quote to other products online she had given me the best deal so I decided not to shop around and went with Burdens for all my products. Lisa helped me with all my decision making and kept me well informed of my order, which arrived on time I might add. She really did take the pressure of and everything went so smoothly. Thanks Lisa for your outstanding customer service and all your follow-ups. Nice to have someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

I recently called in to the Burdens Mornington store to get advice on how to best co-ordinate the renovation of my Bathroom Kitchen and Laundry.I had no idea where to start but was recommended by a friend to go to the Mornington Store which had received high praises for Customer Service.So in I went..I was greeted by a consultant whose approach was very friendly and courteous.After explaining my situation and the intended renovation to Lisa, she offered to take total control of the project.Her eye for detail and her huge wealth of knowledge on the products her company marketed was very reassuring.For a project that I thought was going to be very daunting, it turned out to be so exciting especially when Lisa became immersed in the renovation as if it was her own.The selection process of products and co-ordinating colour schemes was something I was not looking forward to.In her infectious manner Lisa made all the recommendations and selections with my consent.As a result I have completed an outstanding renovation which has added Thousands of dollars of value to my property.I thought this sort of Customer Service was a thing of the past but Lisa just blew me away with her enthusiasum and her offer to take ownership of the project which she didn`t have to doBurdens are very fortunate to have an employee like Lisa who has empathy for the customer`s needs and approaches her job enthusiastically and in a very professional manner.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

From the minute I walked into the store, Dee demonstrated her incredible expertise and professionalism. She answered all my questions and guided me with recommendations about our bathroom renovation, but was still respectful about my design choices. The whole process from negotiating quotes through to delivery was really smooth. I cannot recommend the Burdens Cranbourne team enough.

I recently completed my renovations, I sourced a lot of my stuff from Burdens at Mornington (I got a particularly good deal on 3 toilets and a stone bath). Every time I had to get something everybody was really helpful. I dealt with Lisa a lot of the time who was fantastic. Importantly the price was good, nothing was too much trouble and because I lived close by, delivery was never a problem. There were times they definitely could have taken me for a ride and didn't, I can't recommend everybody there highly enough, my experience was good.

When renovating our bathrooms we received great customer service from Lisa at Burdens. She helped us choosing the tap ware and toilets that best fit the space. She was knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. All the goods were purchased and received in a timely manner.

Lisa Topaltsis of Burdens Mornington was brilliant from start to finish from helping me choose my plumbing fixtures to supply. I am doing a massive renovation so needed all tap ware, sinks, basins etc. Lisa came up with the most competitive price around. In every instance (I needed some parts quickly), she and the team were exemplary. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
