Great selection, friendly staff, will definitely be back

Most devastating experience of my life in this store. It was my first time in this store and I was hanging clothes back up on a rack when this I was grabbed around my waist by a dirty sleezy customer who pretended to slip and when I tried to pull away he would not let go of me. I informed the customer service person on the floor who totally dismissed the whole situation!!! I reported this to head management who are also dismissing this happened even though there is CTV footage of this dirty old man grabbing me around the waist. I would not recommend going into this shop if you’re a lady on your own!!! I’m disgusted as to the experience I now have to live with and am so frightened now to enter any store on my own especially Jersey Megastore!!! No one should have to experience this when going into any shop!!!!

It says on Google they close at 5pm on a Saturday. Turns out it's actually 4pm. Arrived right on 4pm. Doors weren't locked, was another customer inside but got turned away saying they were closed anyway. Would have taken all of a 2 minutes to serve us.

Tara is a complete asset. Went above & beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Thank you so very much. Lost for words at the kindness and extra effort at the craziest time of year.

Lots of good quality footy stuff, but it ain't cheap! If you're shopping for presents this won't really be an issue.
