A great company to deal with. Everyone at Supacool from management to the installers were pleasuarable to deal with. They are professional and the workmanship by everyone installing my air con was oustanding.. Nothing was ever a problem and they delievered everything they promised. They took the time to make sure I was happy with every single aspect of the works. I have no hesitation in recommending Supacool to anyone who may be looking to get air con installed. My wife and I are so happy with our new air con installed by Supacool

I couldn’t recommend these guys any higher. They smashed out my complex install on my 2 story in blistering heat with no complaints. They removed and capped the head unit on my old evap. The aircon is so insanely good it hardly works hard in this heat. They went out of their way to install the compressor in the spot I wanted on the second story keeping all the space on the ground and getting all the shade possible. Very underrated team

We used Supacool to install a 14kW Daikin ducted reverse cycle system in December 2021. Not only were their prices better than other installers, but their customer service had been second to none. Twice they have offered to come out on short notice to look at something I wasn't sure about. Each time I've phoned them, their after sales customer service is amazing and their staff really knows the products inside and out, even providing methods to reduce the energy usage of the system. I would recommend Supacool to anyone that needed A/C installation or maintenance.

Highly highly recommend... Great value for money, excellent customer service and fantastic installation workers who did a difficult job (minimal ways to install due to attached duplex) on one of the hottest days! They definitely saved us in this heat, being able to fit installation in earlier than expected. Already recommending to family and friends.
