Was impressed with the down to earth yet professional approach taken by each individual I encountered at Budget Stairs. I certainly didn't have the easiest of requests - they executed perfectly & with a smile on their face... thanks again guys.

Contacted Budget Stairs for a quote to have our staircase renovated. The guy came to our house , we explained what we wanted , he took down the measurements etc and said we would have a quote sent back to us that day. A week later , several phone calls to the receptionist who advised me she was going to leave a message for us to be contacted , E-mailed the gentleman who did the quote and have received NOTHING. !! No phone call , no reply to my E-mail and no quote. If this is how they treat their prospective customers I would suggest engaging another company , because I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.

Same experience as others. Good experience from start to finish. Helpful staff from receptionist Beth, Alex who gave quote and analysis, Robert and his guy who installed so professionally and after service. Not to mention the price and the quality finishes!! They even protected for me after and explained how to finish well! They are a great team :))
