We purchased a new home in 2019 and began planning renovations prior to settlement. Sam & Michael were helpful with suggestions at this early stage but their skills and experience came into their own once work began. Renovations continued over a 9 month period, on a tight time schedule, and was completed without delays. We had total confidence in their control of the project, which stemmed from Sam & Michael involving us in the many various decisions that are necessarily required, such as resolving issues and dealing with Council's regulations. As a result, it was totally stress free from our point of view. We have no hesitation in providing a positive recommendation for CBS for any home building or renovation project. Indeed, we would insist on using them for any other projects of a similar nature that we undertake in future.
