Dropped in recently for a few classes whilst visiting family down south. Sean is a great instructor and top bloke. Great group of guys excellent to train with. Thanks again, will be back soon!

Just great! I started Bjj there and was unsure because I had no idea about martial arts. But everybody took me in and it was just a great environment to challenge yourself, learn and have fun!Staff is just amazing! Very competent, friendly and helpful!I can really recommend checking it out!
