I have been having my bike serviced here for the last couple of years, my father gets his services here and has done for years. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, and fast turn around for servicing. Very happy with the attention given and will continue to have my bike serviced here. Thanks guys!

Wow!! Such helpful and friendly guys. Very honest and cheapest I’ve seen. No problems in fixing up our sons bike and answering any questions. Explained what needed repairing and did it in the spot!! They have a loyal customer here!!

Scott and Eddie gave us the best service you can imagine. We were on our campervan trip when I rode over a stick and broke the derailleur gears. They were quick to order the part I needed for my Kalkhof bike which they didn’t stock. We were soon on our trip again after only a day and a half. I highly recommend Active Cycles for any cyclist enthusiasts.

I thought this shop was quite a decent shop than I switched from a bike to a high powered escooter and I wanted a lock for it too lock it up on my property and I was told by one of the staff that there illegal and u shouldn't have one. I am using it for private useI than went back a few weeks later and needed a tubeless valve and simply asked if they had the correct valve and was told we are not selling parts to you that are illegal you think we are gonna supply you with illegal parts. Well lol I was wanting a pvr50 valve nothing about it illegal I used to think this was a great shop until I got a electric scooter please anyone who wants to buy parts or anything for a escooter or ebike please do not go to this place as all you get is ABUSIVE STAFF MEMBERS

Just got my mountain bike serviced by Brett would certainly not recommend this place. Was treated like a chick that new nothing about bikes. Extremely rude and arrogant. Active cycles came highly recommended to me certainly not a place I would ever go to again nor would I recommend. Only good thing about the place is Simon. Where is the receipt to show what work was actually done guess you just pay for stuff and hope that is what they say but after looking at it just looks like they take your money.
