I had a wondering experience in store with Kerry learning about gems. The space is beautifully set out with very welcoming staff. I absolutely love my Marquise ring moonstone!

The jewellery in this store is absolutely gorgeous and the sales assistant was a sweetheart, the owner however was super rude. The way I was spoken to in this store was totally baffling and really devastating, especially as I had driven a long way to purchase a special gift and was really excited. If you're going to shop in store make sure you are a gemstone expert, have full knowledge of what is on their website as she does not but will expect you to, prepare to have it insinuated that you are making things up and are ignorant, and take your patience with you. Sad experience but it can't be denied the work is super pretty.

This store is a gem! Tucked just of Oxford Street, Kerry Rocks has gorgeous pieces for a variety of budgets. We dropped into the store as my sister wanted to check out a necklace she was eyeing online. Kerry was in the store and was so lovely and helpful with my sister and she’s super knowledgeable. My sister bought the piece and left a happy customer. Great for personal shopping and gifts.

Really cute shop in a great spot in Paddington. The designs are all really unique which is a breath of fresh air from all the same, same, mass-produced jewellery labels out there these days. Always get compliments on my Kerry Rocks pieces and such a nice experience coming in store.

This shop is a real treat! Just off busy Oxford Street Paddington on a quiet street this lovely shop, Kerry Rock jewelry will find you having a warm welcome from the owner as you enter.Not rushed and given plenty of time to view all the wonderful pieces of jewellery you are able to choose in a calm environment.I found a piece that a family member would love(besides the ones for myself) and was very surprised that when I asked, Kerry does the older style of lay bye. Great!I went back in two weeks time to pick the lay bye up and Kerry was so delightful in telling her stories,I highly recommend this shop not just for the beautiful jewellery, but also for the great service... It is always such a pleasure walking into Kerry Rocks - The staff are so helpful with their knowledge on each collection and gemstone. I always leave the store with a smile on my face knowing I will return again soon for my next KR piece

The shop is easy to find, just off the main drag of Paddington and the owner, Kerry, is really lovely. Kerry is an abrupt, rude and unpleasant store owner. I have left the store today feeling extremely angry, upset and regretful for ever spending my money there. Kerrys Jewellery is beautiful but her attitude is not. I have never had such a nasty experience with a shop worker. I am a manager of a luxury jewellery store in the UK and found my experience at Kerry Rocks to be incredibly pathetic and almost laughable. After having spoken to Kerry for less than 3 minutes I wanted to run out of the shop and never return because she has zero customer service skills. I am in complete and utter shock of the experience I had. If you plan to shop here beware, you’ll leave with a sour taste in your mouth!

Great service and beautiful jewellery.We originally walked in to Kerry's shop on the off chance that we might spot something we liked and we're just blown away with the quality on show.Definitely coming back for future purchases!!Kerry was very helpful and wasn't your typical attendant who seem to want to latch on from.the moment you step into store.
