I have got to say, I am very impressed and exceptionally happy with the integrity and professionalism that was displayed by Jeremy and the Rentbetter team.First, to disclose I am not a tenant nor a landlord. This is probably my first ever review as I don't normally write reviews at all.My brother has a bank account and it was hacked. I traced the money back and there were several payments made towards rentbetter. I contacted the support and in a couple of days, the support staff responded and that they'd look into it. Later in the afternoon, their CEO called me personally to apologise that this happened to me on their platform. Honestly, who does that, they really weren't even the ones at fault, I WASN'T EVEN THEIR CLIENT BASE, but they were more than willing to investigate the matters further. Fast forward, the money had returned safely to my bro's account. With a few evidences and proof of identity, everything went smoothly.If I had brought matters like this to mega corpos or other companies, I would get the middle finger and told to f off for wasting their time. If I hadn't had just signed a new lease with my property agent, I would not even think twice about using Rentbetter. If a company is willing to go miles for someone who isn't their client, it definitely reflects the service that they could provide for landlords and tenants alike. A company with a transparency and is willing to go the extra mile at this day and age is rare and I really wish all the best for them.

RentBetter has given back the ability to manage our rental properties. The set up and running of our properties has been so easy and it has enabled us to manage the maintenance and tenants' requirements much more easily.We have also just run an advertisement campaign for a new tenant and is was so simple to set up and then to manage the applications.At any time I have had any questions about the program the answers are either easy to find in their system and their online assistance has been really fast!Our tenants love it too!I wish we had done this earlier.

Rent Better have efficient communication pathways for selling property and renting property enquiries. Photos and advert updates easy. Phone and email service responsive & timely. Real Estate and Domain mediums productive & successful. Cost is not the lowest but can rely on service level, so will stay loyal.Another benefit was the up-front access to property listing on sites and on promotional avenues - nice to see.Suggest offer some lower prices on occasion for ongoing clients and/or add on incentives to sell or rent in future.

I signed up, listed my property and found a suitable tenant all in less than a week! The platform is easy to use, the work flow is intuitive, support is prompt and effective, and pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this platform to other landlords.

We have been using rent better for over a year and have had a great experience! Very good support, we have been dealing with staff member Dan from the start. Great at explaining the setup, and was super helpful. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. Can't say enough good things!

I joined RentBetter in June 22 because self managing my property was becoming more difficult. They have solved all the problems I was having, with their online portal. Especially their ability to direct debit rent from my tenant The staff are attentive and so helpful, they always get back to me! Highly recommend for anyone self-managing property.

I listed my property for rent on real-estate dot com through Rent Better. Very happy with the process. Easy to list, could decide how interested parties could contact me. Reasonable price. We did not use the property management option so can't comment on this. Would recommend them to others.

I’m using the RentBetter ’Match, manage & maintain’ option to manage my own rental property and I really like it.It gave me control over the process of marketing my rental and selecting a tenant. It was easy for applicants to apply, easy for me to create the lease and condition report and it’s now making ongoing management simple and quick.
