Michael was very knowledgeable and experienced in the matter. He was very patient when explaining to me what needs to be done. I got to fix the problem without having to spend money, with the help of Michael talking me through the phone. Wouldnt hesitate to contact Michael if i have any issue in the future.

Michael's done a few repairs for our old house - he's very frank & very cost-conscious. He always talks through the job so we understand the cost & any risks. He'll give advice against his own interests (he talked us out of a couple of jobs).

I called Michael around 7.00 PM on a Tuesday evening and related the issue I had with a blocked drain. He was quick to understand the problem and gave me instructions to solve the problems on the phone. He was willing to help and didn’t want to simply charge me money but was happy to help on the phone free of charge. People of this nature are an absolute treasure. Couldn't give 1/2 star.I called them 9.05am February 17th 2018 as I required emergency plumbing. Thought they provided a 24 hour service.....It's 25th February and no responce, I suggest you try Laser Plumbing, they come out within 40 mins and fixed the problem..**Update, not a fake review, I called your number it rang out, then called Lazer plumbing had them do the work, and still a week later you didnt return my call.

I called Michael about a shower that was not working well and he offered to come over first thing the next day. He efficiently and honestly assessed the issues, offered solutions and then carried out the work in 30mins. His charges were extremely reasonable and he was polite and quick. This is an honest and reliable plumber and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Found a small leak in the backyard, and called for help (from the garden irrigation system). He was very patient with me while I tried to explain the leak issue, and when he could assist not me over the phone, he came out to investigate and was able to solve the problem for me.Very professional and incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend!
