When I was thinking about having solar panels installed I came across a Facebook Community page where Steve was highly recommended. I reached out to him the following day and he contacted me straight away. Steve is polite and extremely informative and I decided to go with Solar Run without looking around for other quotes as Steve was so helpful and was easy to communicate with and provided us with a quote for a system that suited our needs. The installers were also wonderful... polite and helpful in calming a very over excited puppy down on their arrival. Steve was very informative when we enquired about solar. I explained what I thought we needed and he came up with a very competitive quote. He explained a out the Gov Rebates etc.The quality of the panels and invertor was good and one of the most recommended by independent sources.The contractors that he uses were excellent and on time.Steve is always available if I have questions and easy to talk to.Since having the system installed it is paying for its self plus extra. Great service that is friendly and prompt from Steve throughout the entire process. Love that he even follows up by checking the system for faults even after everything is done. The installation team was also wonderful and very tidy and neat. Highly recommend.
