The team were lovely but I was disappointed with the carpet clean. I had another company do them again about three weeks later. The result from the second company was so much better.

Over the years we have experienced numerous carpet cleaner companies via a call centre who use contractors and have been so disappointed.We welcomed a local Brisbane based KCJ Enterprises who we spoke directly with the owner and associated staff for carpet treatment. We had a few tricky spills on our carpet which we were told could never be removed and were totally satisfied by KCJ who removed the stain and we saved money by not replacing the carpet! It was also nice to have a followup call the next day. A pleasant surprise for a business who cares about their customers. Our loose rug was removed and delivered cleaned to perfection. Great service and we highly recommend this Company.

Just had a horrible experience with this company - starting off with a quote which was extremely inaccurate. We were q 321 over the phone for a bond clean (up there, but ok) and when they got there they told us it would be double that. of course we needed to be out of the apartment by the next day so we were in a tight spot. we asked if they (the two women) could just clean the kitchen and bathrooms, focussing on the oven and mopping the floors for 321 to which she agreed. the woman who seemed to be in charge was very rude to my partner and advised him our apartment is filthy (it's not - it's lived in). they cleaned for eight hours (four hours each) and still tried to walk out the door without mopping. when my partner asked her to she flat out refused!! fortunately the other woman was more helpful. she also said that a receipt was 'not her problem - the office's job' but she was more than happy to take my credit card details. my partner mentioned various other rude comments the woman made (Kate, I believe her name was) and he was positively fuming by the time they left. Anyway, we will be steering clear in the future..

My father in law had his carpets cleaned after years of built up tough stains and the results have the carpets looking brand new! We had previously been told by carpet cleaning companies that we would need to replace the carpet. We had dealt with Kieron who was very professional and personable. Kieron would have stayed back for free if my father in law was unsatisfied. He answered any questions we had with ease and due to the state of the carpets, provided us with different options for best value. My father in law is beyond satisfied with the service from KCJ and Kieron specifically. We have saved so much time and money not having to replace the carpet and we are not worried about carpet damage in the future as we will definitely be using KCJ again.

They cleaned our leather lounge and did a fantastic job. After having dogs and grandkids climbing all over it, it looks brand new again. Highly recommend, very friendly and affordable.

Excellent customer service and very professional. Used them as part of an insurance repair done at my house to move furniture. There was one minor issue which was handled very professionally and quickly. Very impressed with them and would recommend.

1. Highly unprofessional - coming on wrong days and at times outside the window provided in the appointment. 2. Three different sets of technicians were sent because the second visit did not rectify the problem, which further complicated the work. 3. The second-visit older technician was clear and communicative while the other 5 out of 6 technicians" who visited appeared to have little knowledge and were not communicative - they appeared to be following a protocol taught to them without any true comprehension about mould. 4.
