Very professional, they built my house 8 years ago in Hervey Bay. Never had a problem. They use steel frames so no problems with termites.

Dixon Homes Hervey Bay
Dixon were great for us. They didn’t increase prices once we signed the contract which was fabulous as we signed just before the price hike in building. We got Spencer Reynolds as our building supervisor. He’s great! Very responsive, educated/knows what he’s talking about and super understanding. We did have a few delays which set us back about 2 months. But 2 months is nothing, even though my melt downs said otherwise…. Start to finish of our build was 7 months. Dixon head office weren’t the best with responses, that’s why I was grateful that we had Spencer and that he was completely in the know, if he wasn’t then he would find out for us.
