For many years now I have been working with Jo Turner. Originally I started seeing her for an eating disorder, I had a terrible relationship with food. Jo listened to me and worked with me to understand and gain confidence with food. Not only has she provided me unmeasurable results, Jo is my biggest cheerleader she genuinely wants you to succeed. She has since gone on to manage me through my pregnancy and post-partum helping me to return to my pre pregnancy weight and exercise whilst being a support to a first time mum.
