Kevin and his young mate moved a very precious piano from our in-laws to our home in a very professional and courteous manner. I greatly appreciated your consideration and thought to the process. Thank you for doing such a great job and highly recommend you for any future work.

Do not risk using this company! Aside from arriving 4 hours later to pick up from Brisbane and then claiming that I had the wrong time they then scratched my grand piano in the move. Claimed it was already there, then changed their mind and said I must have done it after the move (really????)Did not respond to texts when they said I had to do in order to get my receipt and now the receipt (a week late) says I accept that they delivered it in a satisfactory manner and that they're not liable. What the point of insurance is I don't know.Oh and they changed their quote by $300 more when I completed the online form correctly stating exactly where I lived, what type of piano it was and how many stairs....

Definitely NOT recommend this company. Book first time, they were supposed to pick up the piano between 2 and 4 pm, at 430 the client told me they still didnt get the piano, after calling the company they just told me they couldn't make the pick up without even aware the client or myself about it.Made a 2nd booking on the monday, when they arrived at the pick up place, they told me they couldn't pick up the piano because it was polished and it was too slippery...you should have the right tools" to do any kind of removal piano especially when i mentioned everything about the place and stairs.Obviously found an other removal who could remove the piano without any excuses.Just a waste of time !!!"

Worst attempt at a piano delivery ever witnessed… nearly dropped it down the stairs twice before they advised they couldn’t do the job.Edit - 100% your company.

Kevin and his off sider were great. There were a few challenges with access and reinstalling the legs of the pool table that hadn't been moved for 20+ years but they made sure the job was completed. Thanks Ben

Very Impressive and professional. I have seen many pianos moved in my day but these guys literally just picked a 121cm piano and walked it up a flight of stairs and turned around a tight bent. I took them about 30 mins and the piano arrived safely and without a mark.I will definitely use them again for our next move or piano purchase.

Would highly recommend Kevin and his team.They where on time and very professional. They moved my piano up 2 flights of stairs and made it look easy. Will definitely be using this company again
