Very happy with Gavin and the team at Redshift Solar. Gavin took us on a journey to understand the options available to us in terms of the size of the installation, the different brands of equipment and other issues. He demonstrates great attention to detail and is clearly proud of his work.

If you would like solid, trustworthy advice, with Solar and any electrical work for that matter, talk to Gavin. With plenty of cowboys in the solar game, it could be a minefield of conflicting information out there - Gavin has the patience to make all aspects clear and ensure you have all the facts before committing. Zero pressure. His attention to detail is second to none, hence he might be spending quite a number of days on installations to ensure everything is perfect - unlike those companies that tries to install everything in one day and then move on to the next job.

What a great company. This is our second review for Redshift, we had Redshift install a solar monitoring system for us, and Gavin truly went above and beyond, even inspecting the existing solar system (installed by another company) free of charge and providing us with a comprehensive email containing pictures and detailed descriptions of the defects found. Not only did Gavin keep us informed every step of the way, but he offered a great price and performed excellent quality work. Very highly recommended. Will be using Redshift now for all our future work. Ten stars!

The most professional tradesman we've ever had! We have used Gavin's services on a number of occasions and for a few years now.We had Redshift Solar install a state of the art solar power system with battery. Gavin provided invaluable guidance and advice on the type and size of the system and helped us make the right choice for our usage and needs. 4 months on and the performance of the system continues to exceed our expectations.Gavin is extremely knowledgeable, patient and respectful to his clients and their property. I would be pleased to recommend Redshift Solar, while other providers may also be good, all I can offer is the experience with my installation, which is now 9 months old.Redshift covered all parts of the installation, including meter-board upgrade, including extended dealings with our energy supplier. This meant that the installation was based on what suited our overall situation rather than just the solar panels.Redshift's recommendation for Micro inverters and their detailed onsite metering of the suns location, before installation, helped us reduce the impact on the system by trees at various times, thus is giving us a consistent high output, except during the mid 6 weeks of winter. The ability to monitor our energy generation also assists us to get maximum value out of the system.The installation was trouble free (excepting the energy supplier errors) and I would suggest considering Redshift if you are wanting a good system.

Gavin and his team install 4.8kW emphase micro-inverter system on our house in April, after they did some analysis to make sure that we would have optimum energy produced all year.I still wasn't expecting an awesome return in winter as our neighbour has some big trees that shadow us in the afternoon. We just received our first full quarter power bill since having it installed and it was $39.90 with a household of 4 i was over the moon especially over the shortest days of the year.Being able to see our production and usage on our phones is awesome and the team at Redshift made the install hassle free. I would recommend them to anyone looking or even just thinking about getting solar to have a chat to Redshift Solar, you won't regret it.
