The best toy store in Frankston!I highly recommend as I received prompt & friendly customer service. A delivery in a record time frame, even during lockdown!! Also, a confirmation email to tell me where my order was sitting outside so as I could collect it.I really appreciated all their help. Thanks!

Staff had no one in the store and yet we didn't get acknowledged on entering the store.As we walked around the store the two staff members paid no attention to us or offered help (makes me wonder how much stock the shop would have stolen from it!)It's only positives are it's a true toy store.If you need customer service forget it

first time purchaser and will 100% buy again. They answer emails very quickly and considering how long it takes to receive parcels in the post I received my order within 7 days of purchase. Reasonable postage costs considering we were not within the allowed area to pick up. they also had exactly what we were looking for as every other store was sold out, thank you!

I place an order on Monday for my 4 y.o. who happened to get covid and put us all in lockdown for her birthday, the team at Toyworld Frankston went above and beyond, offering to wrap and drop the presents off on the Tuesday.I am so so grateful for their kindness and willingness to facilitate our tricky situation.Thank you!

Placed an order online this afternoon. Emailed the contact email to request a birthday note put on the card, received an email reply within minutes from Tony saying no problem and was happy offer a complimentary card to go along with the gift. He also let me know that the delivery which I only order moments before would be delivered the same day! Fantastic Service. Highly recommend.

The best service, reasonable price, ordered at lunch time only a$30 purchase. I was lucky that they have free delivery to my post code. Was delivered quickly friendly service. Will be supporting them again.
