Walked in store and got amazing service here this morning from a lovely young lady. Quick to serve me and very polite, overall great customer service. Food was hot, fresh and yum!

Terrible store. Bought the kids chips after a long trip on our way to Melbourne. Chips were stone cold and we waited ages for them. Went back for a refund and workers didn't even apologise, didn't even talk to me. Just did the refund and threw me back the money. Disgusted, won't be going back.

Always stop at wallan when going to and from melbourn and try to get food at different spots each time. I recently went to the KFC and whilst my food was to a standard quality the customer service wasn’t at all good. The boy serving took long “breaks” between taking orders at the till where he would wander around the front seemingly looking for something to do; despite the fact that there was a line of customers waiting for their order to be taken. In he past my orders have been mixed up as well.

Poorly cooked chicken, almost raw around the bone, very oily. Chips burning hot but also raw, cooked on very high. Staff rushing to impress their boss, very disorganised but not nowhere near the worst KFC, that's across the other side of the highway north bound. Watch as they dish up old cold stale food and put one or two freshly cooked on top. They are shocking, by far I found them to be the very worst KFC in the country!

Seems to be a well run outlet. Quick service. Nicely done meals. It's a good place to park up and refresh yourself. Sit down and watch a bit of TV while you eat, or watch the the strange world of people go by, I don't know which is better. But the KFC was nice.

Friendly staff, but overly disappointed in quality level in food. Waited for four burgers and other things, I thought great, there going to be fresh. It seemed freshly prepared he packaged the burgers, and when it came to eating them, the chicken tasted non succulent and stale and bread was stale, waisted 30 bucks.Not happy. Lucky I drove off or else I would have returned whole lot

I don’t know what they were doing with those chippies but they need to keep doing it. Hot and fresh with an amazing flavoured salt! The chicken too! Sensational! Was that celery salt?! YUM! The service was fast and friendly. Srummy lunch for me and the work krew. Would absolutely, 100% recommend the stop off.
