They steamed cleaned my mattress, good job. But I now have thousands of dollars of jewellery missing and he has been the only person in my house. Not happy, don't trust them alone in your house.

I was searching for carpet cleaners from a long interval of time. As bad odour was irritating us a lot. So, my husband called Sam's professionals for help. They came on the same day of the booking and cleaned our carpet stains with carpet shampooing. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I discussed with Ron that I wanted 1 queen mattress cleaned and a carpet cleaned in 1 room. Was told it would be $140 but when the team got to my house they demanded $180. When I called Sam’s to discuss they said they would transfer me to someone who could help but hung up on me. Turns out they hire 3rd party cleaner to do it and don’t have anyone in house. They did an average job and were done in 15 mins….. didn’t seem very thorough. Do not recommend
