5* is less than what this store (their staff) deserve. Well-stocked and helpful staff. Not only did they have my online click and collect ready and waiting, they were more than happy to (patiently wait) price matching competitors of items I just 'had to buy' in-store.

One of the best stocked Perbarn stores I have ever been too. Very tidy and above all: excellent staff. Everyone is helpful here, but overly pushy either. We willingly come here and spend lots of money.

I just ordered my pet food and treats online (just before the 4pm cut-off) and it was all delivered less than an hour later. Incredible! and certainly not expected. I love coming in-store for a browse, but this saved me a lot of effort when there's lots going on as the year winds up.

There is lots of parking and staff from pet barn where so helpful with all my questions regarding the best dry food for my 3 month old puppy.

Usually there is a staff member I deal with who lives near me and knows her stuff. This time she wasn't there and both the staff seemed inexperienced. I was trying to find the fish food that sank to the bottom and they couldn't tell me that. Overall, I am happy with the store because it is close and it has most things. I will come back, but next time I might try another store. It would be good to have more varieties of fish and get some advice on the fish too.

Long wait times for assistance during a busy Saturday morning but really pleasant & friendly assistance once it was available. Pricing lower than Petstock, was able to purchase all but one item i was looking for.

I got an excellent price on Advocate for cats, and had to exchange a couple of dog coats ordered online. This was an easy process.
